- Talent Sourcing – Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates
- Talent Sourcing – Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Candidate Engagement – Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
- Candidate Engagement – Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills and cultural fit
- Candidate Engagement – Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Stakeholder Collaboration– Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Facilitate interview debriefs and manage feedback loops
- Recruitment Operations – Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Lever, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Recruitment Operations – Track and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts
- Recruitment Operations – Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
