About the Role
Our Tools Team is seeking an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to develop, operate, and scale our cloud platform and products. You will collaborate with our product team and customers to bring our platform vision to life and revolutionize industrial operations. Your responsibilities will include leading the design and driving the implementation of our platform at scale, and developing Web Services for internal and external customers that will automate the deployment and operations of our software.
As a technology leader, you will enjoy a substantial degree of ownership and autonomy, providing valuable technical direction and mentorship, and serving as a critical contributor to our cloud platform. You will be tasked with implementing projects that involve a diverse and comprehensive technology stack, including front-end development, microservices, REST, gRPC, Python, Redis, relational & no-SQL databases, and Kubernetes ensuring the delivery of a high-quality product.

- Provide coaching and mentorship
- Establish and enforce quality standards
- Contribute to the vision, strategy, and product roadmap
