Note: This position requires working onsite at our New York office Tuesday through Thursday.

About the role

As the Team Lead for Cube’s Data Integration Services team, you will play a pivotal role in our Customer Experience team. Working closely with our biggest customers, you’ll focus on building data pipelines into Cube, allowing customers to get the most out of their financial planning & analysis through seamless data integration into a single source of truth.

You’re a Boomi expert, with a passion and expertise for optimizing processes, driving new innovative solutions, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your role will involve leading and enabling a small but dedicated team, ensuring best practices, and continuously improving our integration services. Your role will also involve project execution as the assigned Data Integration lead for specific customer accounts.

  • You have the ability to translate project requirements into architectural best practices that can be applied across a broad range of implementations.

  • You collaborate effectively with sales teams to provide technical enablement and scope out new projects, ensuring alignment and clarity.

  • You're meticulous in testing and validating integrations, ensuring data accuracy and optimal system performance.

  • You offer hands-on support during crucial project phases, ensuring solutions are delivered timely and effectively.

Bonus skills

  • ⚙️ You have extensive hands-on experience with Boomi or similar integration platforms, showcasing deep expertise and practical knowledge.

  • 📝 You’re an expert in working with and manipulating XML, JSON, and flat file documents using JavaScript.

  • 🧠 You have a strong working knowledge of API design adn development on the Cloud as well as On-Premise environments.

  • 🤗 You have proficiency with RESTful APIs, including authentication frameworks like OAuth.

  • 🛟 You’re able to demonstrate your ability to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within SLAs.
