The Role

We're looking for a Project Manager, Client Delivery to own the end-to-end coordination of client onboarding and implementation across Cube. You'll sit at the intersection of Implementation, Customer Engineering, Integration Engineering, and Account Management — and extend that coordination to the partner ecosystem that increasingly delivers alongside us.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role. You'll be the operational backbone of our client delivery motion, directly influencing time-to-value, CSAT, and expansion outcomes for Cube's growing customer base.

What You'll Own

  • Own project plans for new client implementations from kickoff through go-live, managing timelines, milestones, and resource coordination across Implementation, Customer Engineering, Integration Engineering, and Account Management

  • Coordinate integration workstreams with Integration Engineers — scoping data connections, sequencing technical dependencies, and ensuring ERP, CRM, and spreadsheet integrations don't become bottlenecks to go-live

  • Serve as the primary operational liaison for partner-led and partner-assisted deliveries — aligning partner project teams with Cube's delivery standards, timelines, and client expectations

  • Build and maintain partner onboarding and co-delivery playbooks so that partner PMs and consultants can execute implementations with consistency and minimal hand-holding

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project logistics — scheduling, status updates, risk escalation, and stakeholder communication on both the client and internal side

  • Maintain real-time visibility into project health across your portfolio (including partner-managed projects), flagging blockers early and driving resolution before they impact timelines

  • Build and refine repeatable delivery frameworks, playbooks, and templates that scale as our customer base and partner network grow

  • Coordinate handoffs between implementation and post-implementation teams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks at transition

  • Track and report on key delivery KPIs including time-to-live, CSAT, and project completion rates across direct and partner-delivered implementations

  • Partner with Revenue Operations to align project intake processes with capacity planning and CRM workflows

  • Support escalations by coordinating cross-functional response when clients are at risk

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of project management or client delivery experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software

  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with multiple teams in motion simultaneously — including technical teams like integration or solutions engineers

  • Experience coordinating with or through a partner ecosystem (SIs, consultants, resellers) — you know how to hold external delivery teams accountable without direct authority

  • Exceptional organizational skills — you can hold 10 projects in your head, know the status of each, and know exactly which one needs your attention

  • Strong communicator, comfortable presenting project status to clients, partners, and executive stakeholders

  • Fluency in project management tools (Asana, Monday, Jira, or equivalent) and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)

  • A bias for action and a low tolerance for ambiguity — you create structure where there isn't any

  • Finance domain experience or comfort working with finance personas is a strong plus

Bonus Points

  • Experience at a high-growth startup where you had to build the delivery playbook from scratch

  • Background in ERP, FP&A software, or finance tech implementation

  • Experience managing SI or consulting partner relationships in a co-delivery model

  • Hands-on familiarity with integration scoping — API connections, ERP data mapping, or ETL workflows

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
