CustomerGlu is seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketer with a background in product management and/or lifecycle marketing to join our team. As a Content Marketer, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that generates demand for our in-app gamification suite among CMOs and CPOs of consumer app companies.
**Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop a content marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, with a focus on generating demand for in-app gamification.
- Create a content calendar that includes blog posts, social media updates, emails, webinars, white papers, and other types of content that speak to the pain points and needs of our target audience.
- Write high-quality, engaging content that highlights the benefits of in-app gamification and speaks to the interests of our target audience.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content that showcases the features of our in-app gamification suite and captures the attention of our audience.
- Manage the company blog and ensure that it is updated regularly with fresh, relevant content that resonates with our target audience.
- Leverage SEO best practices to ensure that content is optimized for search engines and reaches our target audience effectively.
- Develop a social media strategy and create content that drives engagement across various social media platforms to generate interest in our in-app gamification suite.
- Track and analyze content marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns and optimize for future initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry news and trends in product management and lifecycle marketing to inform content marketing strategies.
**Our Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the tech industry with a background in product management and/or lifecycle marketing.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling stories that speak to CMOs and CPOs of consumer app companies.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Experience with content management systems and social media platforms.
- A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and generating demand for tech products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and analyze content marketing metrics, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with a focus on generating demand for in-app gamification.

**30 Days:
- Conduct a content audit to identify gaps and opportunities, with a focus on understanding the needs of CMOs and CPOs of consumer app companies.
- Meet with key stakeholders to understand the company's goals and objectives, as well as the unique value proposition of our in-app gamification suite.
- Develop a deep understanding of our target audience, their pain points, and their needs as it pertains to in-app gamification.
- Identify potential content themes and topics that speak to the interests and needs of our target audience and align with our overall content marketing strategy.
- Establish a content calendar that includes blog posts, social media updates, emails, webinars, white papers, and other types of content that speak to the pain points and needs of our target audience.
**60 Days:
- Analyze content marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns and optimize for future initiatives, with a focus on measuring the success of campaigns aimed at generating demand for in-app gamification.
- Develop a social media strategy and create content that drives engagement across various social media platforms to generate interest in our in-app gamification suite among CMOs and CPOs.
- Leverage user-generated content to build brand awareness and engagement, with a focus on showcasing the features and benefits of our in-app gamification suite.
- Develop email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions, with a focus on highlighting the benefits of in-app gamification for CMOs and CPOs.
- Monitor industry trends and news in product management and lifecycle marketing to inform content marketing strategies, with a focus on identifying new opportunities to generate demand for in-app gamification.
**90 Days:
- Launch new content marketing campaigns aimed at generating demand for in-app gamification among CMOs and CPOs and track their success, with a focus on optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Develop a measurement framework to evaluate the effectiveness of content marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement that speak to the needs of our target audience.
- Develop a strategy for repurposing and updating existing content to maximize its impact, with a focus on leveraging existing content to generate demand for in-app gamification.
- Develop a plan to increase brand awareness and engagement through influencer marketing among CMOs and CPOs of consumer app companies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools that support the sales process and drive demand for in-app gamification.
- Develop a process for content creation and distribution that scales with the growth of the company, with a focus on targeting the needs of CMOs and CPOs of consumer app companies and generating demand for our in-app gamification suite.
