We are a growing B2B SaaS company seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for reaching out to product managers and other key decision-makers to invite them to participate in our company's podcasts and events. Additionally, you will be responsible for nurturing those leads and preparing them for sales.

**Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct research to identify and qualify potential prospects within target accounts.
  2. Use a variety of outreach methods (including email, phone, and social media) to invite prospects to participate in our company's podcasts and events.
  3. Nurture and qualify leads to ensure they are sales-ready before passing them on to the sales team.
  4. Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  6. **Must Haves:

  7. At least 1 year of experience in an SDR or similar sales role, with a focus on prospecting and lead nurturing.

  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  9. Strong ability to research and identify potential prospects.

  10. Comfortable with CRM systems and other sales tools.

  11. Able to speak the language of our target customers.

**Good to Haves:

  1. Experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
  2. Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  3. Experience in writing high converting cold emails
