Your Mission at CYCLE
  • As part of our workshop team, you will directly engage with couriers and B2C customers, providing outstanding service and support to enhance their experience
  • Managing the registration of new customers, overseeing the receiving and distribution of e-bikes during service appointments, and efficiently handling the offboarding process will be part of your responsibilities as well
  • You will assist the service team in the workshop during off-peak hours, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Additionally, you will maintain a tidy and organized store environment, working closely with our mechanics to keep both the reception and workshop areas in top condition
  • You will directly report to the Operations Manager and contribute to various national projects, helping to drive our success across the country
Your skills and qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer-oriented roles (such as hospitality, retail, or bike shops) is highly desirable, but a strong customer-focused approach is essential
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English is required; additional language skills are a plus
  • A genuine interest in sustainable last-mile mobility is important, with a basic understanding of bicycles and e-bikes being advantageous
  • This is a full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday
  • A Class B driver's license is not mandatory but a significant advantage for the position
