• Administrative Tasks: Handle HR-related admin, including payroll processing and employee documentation.
• Employee Support: Be the go-to person for all HR-related questions and serve as the key contact between our European team and the headquarter in Berlin.
• Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new team members.
• Organizational Development: Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing our performance management system.
• Contract Management: Handle labor law matters related to contract management.
• HR Projects & Change Processes: Take ownership of HR projects, contribute to change processes, and support individual personnel measures such as performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development initiatives.
• Team Events: Support in creating engaging concepts for team events and activities.
• HR Software & Digitalization: Manage and maintain our HR software while actively advancing our digitalization strategy.

• Experience: Previous experience in an HR department, either as an intern or in a junior role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or apprenticeship in any field.
• Language Skills: Proficient in both English and German.
• Mindset: You’re detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in the HR field.
• Tech Savvy: You have an interest in HR software and digital solutions.
