Your Mission
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping CYCLE’s strategy directly alongside our CEO, Luis, and contribute to top level company objectives. In particular you will:

  • Develop and validate new business models, creating and presenting strong business cases
  • Own commercial negotiations, set up contracts, and close high-impact deals
  • Drive cross-functional projects that help defining our strategic roadmap
  • Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses and turn insights into action
  • Build and grow strategic partnerships to enable our ambitious growth targets and drive international expansion
  • Represent CYCLE towards external stakeholders, at industry events, or in PR opportunities
Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for someone with strong drive, a high degree of ownership, and a hands-on mentality. Ideally you bring:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Consulting, Project Management, or Operations
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to turn data into clear insights
  • Excellent relationship-building and professional communication skills in German & English
  • Project management expertise, with proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. start-up, scale-up, consulting)
  • Berlin-based or willing to relocate
