About us

At CYCLE, we’re redefining urban mobility for the people who keep cities moving: couriers, riders, and delivery pros. Our e-bike subscription service combines durable vehicles, fast repairs, and real support, everything riders need to stay on the road.

From Berlin to London, Vienna to Amsterdam, we operate in 200+ cities across Europe, providing thousands of riders with bikes built for work, not for show.

Our mission is simple: make last-mile delivery more reliable, affordable, and sustainable, one ride at a time. With every bike we deploy, we’re helping build the backbone of smarter, greener cities.

Ride with us into the future - sustainable, efficient, and full speed ahead!

Your Mission

As our Recruiting & People Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping our team and building strong people processes as we continue to grow. You'll join a remote-first company in the fast-growing e-mobility sector, where people are at the core of everything we do.

This is a hybrid role: around 50% focused on recruiting (depending on hiring needs), and 50% on broader People & Culture topics like onboarding, contracts, and team experience. You won’t just execute processes – you’ll actively help improve and build them.

If you enjoy working with people, bringing structure to fast-moving environments, and want to grow in HR, this role is for you.

  • Own and drive the full recruiting cycle end-to-end

  • Act as a sparring partner for hiring managers

  • Identify and implement improvements in hiring processes

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate experience

  • Own contract management and ensure the accurate preparation of employment-related documentation

  • Own and optimize onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Contribute to People & Culture initiatives and projects, including team events and engagement initiatives

  • Help shape internal processes as the company scales

Your skills and qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Recruiting

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership

  • Interest in HR tools, digital solutions, and AI

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in English and Polish or German (must-have)

What you can expect from us

  • A competitive salary, state-of-the-art technical equipment and 20/26 days of vacation per year

  • Attractive benefits include a company e-bike, medicover medical care, and medicover sports to keep you healthy.

  • Take on a challenge in a fast-paced and growing industry

  • Responsibility from day one - take full ownership of projects and follow a steep learning curve

  • We are an international, highly motivated team, in which teamwork comes first

Your growth is our priority. Whether you want to take on more responsibility or broaden your professional horizons, we are here to listen and provide you with the opportunity to explore new areas of expertise.
