We are looking for a Partner Solutions Lead to join our team who understands the channel pipeline, is an entrepreneurial team player, and can strategically (immediately) contribute to the growth of our emerging firm. The ideal candidate will have a background in working with MSPs to adopt security software products.

Key Responsibilities: As our Partner Solutions Lead, you will be the architect of Dapple’s channel success, working directly with leadership to accelerate growth, enable our partners and build a scalable/repeatable strategy that drives results. ● Drive strategy/execution: work closely with the CEO to craft and execute channel sales and partner enablement strategy. ● Close/Convert: collaborate with the executive team to lead pilots and convert them into long-term revenue generating partnerships. ● Accelerate Growth: Contribute directly to top-line revenue and growth goals. ● Bridge Product and Partners: Liaison and trusted voice of the partner —communicating, prioritizing and troubleshooting customer feedback with the product/engineering teams. ● Enable Partner Success: Develop a high- impact partner enablement body of knowledge: create blog posts, support guides, videos, best practices, etc. to ensure our partners are well-educated and set up for success with Dapple’s products.
Qualifications: ● Proven track record in sales, account management and/or sales engineering within the security software in the MSP channel. ● Experience closing new deals and expanding existing partnerships. ● Strategic mindset with the ability to build and own new go-to-market strategies (to develop and take ownership of new strategies) ● Demonstrated ability to set and achieve revenue goals (success in hitting and exceeding revenue goals) ● Enthusiasm (passion) for working in the channel, paired with empathy for partner needs and challenges. ● Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to earn trust quickly.
Preferred but not Required: ● Experience working with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or Authentication software. ● Familiarity with Microsoft Entra and other identity management solutions. ● Hands-on experience creating customer success and/or partner enablement documentation (creating enablement or customer success materials) ● Background working at an MSP or in IT services.
Position: Partner Solutions Lead
Location: Fully remote, preferably in Colorado** Salary Range:** $140K-$160K/year based on experience, with potential bonus structure as well Equity: Compensation will include equity (stock options)
