We’re looking to grow our Revenue Operations Team by bringing on a well-rounded, quick learner who can help improve our operational efficiencies by owning key Go-To-Market (GTM) systems, starting with HubSpot. As we scale, we need to optimize, improve, and take ownership over GTM tools in order to operate like the $100M company we’re working toward becoming.

The Revenue Operations team plays a critical role in driving sustainable revenue growth across the organization. Our primary focus is to identify and invest in areas to enhance operational efficiency and optimize resource use in order to drive revenue growth and reduce operational costs. Growing our team will allow us to further invest in these areas and help drive business growth.

As our new Operations Specialist, you'll focus on Systems & Data, starting by becoming our in-house expert and owner of HubSpot. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing deep expertise in the data within HubSpot and understanding how different teams rely on it to power their daily work.
  • Building and maintaining workflows that streamline operations and support team processes.
  • Keeping up with new HubSpot features and updates, and recognizing opportunities to improve our setup.

We're looking for someone who brings a strong combination of technical skills, GTM knowledge, and a proactive mindset to this role. Specifically, someone who:

  • Has experience navigating different tools and solving problems.
  • Understands how Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams operate and how to support them effectively.
  • Is comfortable working in key GTM tools like HubSpot, Intercom, and Databox.
  • Isn’t afraid of ambiguity and complexity, is resourceful, and can figure things out independently.
  • Has strong troubleshooting instincts, a curious mindset, and great attention to detail.
  • Is comfortable leading conversations with leadership and managing in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Has clear, thoughtful, and easy-to-follow written and verbal communication.
  • Is organized, on top of responsibilities, and can manage multiple priorities.
  • Brings high energy and enthusiasm to everything they do, and is excited to take on new challenges.
