Databox, a fast-growing SaaS company that helps other companies monitor and improve their business performance, is looking for an experienced Product (UI & UX) Designer.

The Role

As a Product Designer, you will work on products that help companies improve their performance. You will join our Product team with members that have extensive experience in UI/UX design, frontend/mobile/backend development, product growth, and analytics.

The Work

• Plan, build, and evaluate new UI designs and other graphical material by maintaining high design standards
• Evaluate and improve existing user interface designs
• Create prototypes for new product ideas
• Test intuitivity and user experience
  
• Build and maintain own Design System
• Work closely with our Product Managers, Directors, and Engineers to ensure we accomplish our design objectives
• Develop as an individual and directly contribute to a growing team

The Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a designer or in a similar role
• Attention to detail & passion for products
• Excellent knowledge of Figma
• Experience in Design Systems
  
• Systematic problem-solving approach coupled with excellent communication skills

Databox is a remote-friendly company with over 100 team members working across the globe. This position, however, is best suitable for a candidate located near Ptuj, Slovenia, with the possibility of working from home a few times per week.
