We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to engage and delight our valued customers.

As a member of the Corporate Communications team within the Marketing Organization, you will build the program from the ground up. This is an opportunity to innovate and scale a customer-driven marketing function at one of the highest-valued AI technology unicorns.
What you'll do:
You will play a critical role in driving customer retention of the DataRobot AI Platform and expansion of DataRobot’s generative AI platform capabilities, enablement programs, and implementation packages.
You will engage customers in new and unique ways to drive platform adoption and stickiness, creating DataRobot advocates and developing marketing experiences that competitors admire.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized and impactful marketing campaigns that drive customer loyalty and advocacy. You will leverage your exceptional marketing and communication skills to craft compelling messaging and collateral that resonates with our target audience.
The Opportunity
Drive Customer Retention: You will map out the customer journey and identify marketing tactics in collaboration with Campaign Marketing to drive retention. Working closely with Customer Success, you will create Marketing Motions that drive platform adoption and collaborate with Product Marketing to enhance the onboarding experience. You will integrate customer education into marketing campaigns to increase platform usage.
Drive Upsell Opportunities: You will identify untapped cross-sell/upsell opportunities with DataRobot’s existing customer base and market them through nurture campaigns. Working closely with Product Marketing, you will create upsell marketing campaigns for new products. You will leverage multi-channel digital experiences to create awareness and drive expansion within the DataRobot customer base.
Create Customer Loyalty: You will work closely with the Marketing Events team to host in-person AI Days and Lunch & Learns with high-value accounts. In collaboration with Customer Advocacy Marketing, you will create in-person ECAB experiences and recommend customer champions for the Advocacy Program including use cases to support the creation of case studies. You will collaborate with our Community Director to identify forums and set up engaging user groups that drive customers to love DataRobot.
Measure Success: You will define goals, benchmarks, and KPIs for lifecycle marketing programs at DataRobot. You will test marketing messages, cadence timing, and promotions across the user journey, continuously iterating and optimizing based on data.
What you'll need:
3 - 5 years experience in customer marketing or a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
