DataRobot is in the midst of scaling digital demand generation capabilities. We are evolving how we think about the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns in order to fuel sales with new clients and generate additional growth with existing clients.

As a member of the Digital Demand Generation team within the Marketing Organization, the Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for the design, execution, and optimization of our multi-channel digital campaigns driving business growth. You would be responsible for creating and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across major search engines and social media networks with an emphasis on Google and LinkedIn.

What you'll do

  • You will play a critical role in scaling our digital campaigns, including DataRobot’s generative AI platform capabilities, Trial offering, and accelerating existing pipeline.

  • You will engage prospects in new and unique ways with compelling offers to create demand and drive platform adoption

  • You will execute with operational excellence and partner with Marketing stakeholders to bring world-class campaigns to life. Analyze, optimize, and report on performance.

You are

  • Planning, developing, and executing multi-channel digital campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels to generate demand, acquire prospects, and convert demand to pipeline.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Campaign manager(s), channel leads, and other marketing stakeholders to orchestrate campaign deliverables.

  • Partnering on integrated campaign strategy, pitch opportunities to challenge the norm, evolve our approach, and pilot new ideas to drive new business.

  • Working with marketers to determine audience segmentation and identify buyer personas to inform compelling content strategies and end-user experiences aligned to the buyer journey.

  • Working with others on programs and projects designed to maintain and evolve our channels including, but not limited to, implementation of new channels or new tactics, development of roadmaps, and pilot plans

  • Assessing and analyzing campaign performance. Identify drivers or detractors of campaign performance and create actionable next steps for optimization

  • Partnering with channel leads to create and optimize Paid Social, SEM, and email campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and the other major social media and search engine platforms adhering to channel best practices.

  • Owning the strategy and execution at campaign level for email nurtures, workflows, segmented lists, assets, and reporting

Skills

  • Minimum 4-6 years of integrated campaign strategy and paid media experience; agency experience preferred

  • Ability to think beyond just one channel and influence an omnichannel campaign strategy and customer experience

  • In-platform digital advertising execution experience. Pulling the levers in search and social advertising platforms such as Google Ads and/or LinkedIn are preferred; both are a bonus.

  • Experience with lead generation and conversion optimization

  • Experience with omnichannel journey orchestration and segmentation technology

  • Experience with Agile ways of working

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize the business implications of data and deliver key insights to stakeholders

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities

  • Familiarity with quantitative analysis skills including A/B testing and understanding of trending and forecasting

  • Strong Excel & digital analytics experience

  • Experience managing various size campaigns, budgets, and vendor management
