We’re looking for a highly motivated and expert Director, Pricing, Packaging & Growth to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the pricing and packaging strategy for DataRobot and driving the strategy for growth. Your role will be to drive the acceleration of product usage per user and per team as well as partner with marketing to attract and onboard new users onto the platform. You will lead the ideation, development, launch, and scaling of innovative products and features. You will partner closely with core feature teams and cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, legal, analytics, and more) to define and implement initiatives that align our pricing and packaging with customer needs and create enduring value.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and technical background, experience in defining pricing and packaging for enterprise products, and a proven track record of successful product management in the technology industry. They will have experience driving growth across multiple channels and strategies in fast-growing technology companies, ideally including zero-to-one products and early-stage startups in the enterprise space. This role is the intersection and glue between Product Management, Product Analytics, Sales, and Marketing. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work optimally with a wide range of collaborators, including engineers, designers, sales, and marketing teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth initiatives to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth, working closely with marketing, product analysts, inside sales, and more.

  • Define and deliver pricing and packaging for the product, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Categorize new products according to existing product lines and work with pricing team

  • Build an understanding of customer needs and behavior and use that to analyze patterns of adoption, usage, offboarding, and how we can improve.

  • Collaborate with internal and external team members to formulate and detail the product requirements to drive growth.

  • Work with the analytics and finance teams to extrapolate the right metrics needed to measure the success of the growth initiatives.

  • Effectively communicate the product vision and strategy to a wide array of partners

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 12+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on product growth, ideally in a B2B and technical environment

  • Experience with growth hacking techniques and A/B testing

  • Experience with pricing and packaging for an enterprise product or product line

  • Proven expertise in analytics, defining and measuring KPIs

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making

  • Proven track record of successful product management in the technology industry

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, sales, and marketing.
