About the role:
Daupler is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to serve as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Client Success. This role will work hand-in-hand with the Chief Marketing Officer to establish and operationalize Product Marketing at Daupler, owning how our products are positioned, launched, and enabled in the market. Your core purpose will be to ensure the value of Daupler’s solutions is clearly understood (internally and externally) and proven through strong product adoption, customer retention, and revenue generation.
As PMM, you will develop deep expertise in utility operations, industry drivers, and how our products are unparalleled in helping utilities overcome their response management challenges. You will translate technical product capabilities into clear, captivating narratives that resonate with our core audience.
This role requires comfort with data-driven analysis as well as the ability to craft differentiated messaging that drives successful product launches. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, and Client Success to ensure feedback from the field informs roadmap decisions, launches are market-ready, and teams are fully equipped to sell and support new functionality. No product initiative should reach customers without clear positioning, enablement, and launch readiness defined by Product Marketing.
A typical day may include:
- Become an expert on Daupler’s customers and the challenges they face around response management, and how our solutions relieve real operational pain.
- Own competitive intelligence and enable cross-functional teams through ongoing market and industry analysis.
- Define and own product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market and resonates at every stage of the customer journey.
- Lead enablement for our Sales, Marketing, Product and Client Success teams; developing internal-facing content and training on buyer needs, use cases, and value realization.
- Lead the creation of high-impact product marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, product fact sheets, presentations, website content, and case studies highlighting our solutions.
- Partner with Marketing team members to ensure consistent product messaging across all top-of-funnel activities and campaigns.
- Own end-to-end product launches, including launch planning, internal readiness, external communication, and post-launch performance analysis.
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.

Your background likely includes:
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the technology or utilities industry
- Bachelor's degree education or equivalent practical experience with a demonstrated understanding of product marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
- Curiosity and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, iterating quickly on new ideas
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs and market intelligence into effective product positioning
- Strong collaboration skills across sales, product management, client success, and other functions of marketing to achieve results
- Excellent relationship-building skills for working (remotely) with teams in different locations and functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills that can communicate technically complex business products in a simple, compelling way
- Strategic and analytical thinking with a data-driven mindset
