Remote or Hybrid. We are in San Francisco Bay Area (US), Milan (IT) and Turin (IT).


Description

Dedalo AI, a young and innovative startup focused on measuring the environmental impact of software emissions, is seeking a talented Full-Stack Web Engineer to join our team. As a Full-Stack Web Engineer at Dedalo AI, you'll have the opportunity to work on a cutting-edge web application that measures the environmental impact of software emissions on user devices. You'll collaborate with our product and design teams to build a user-friendly, responsive, and scalable web application that provides valuable insights to our clients.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a responsive and user-friendly web application using modern web development technologies.
  • Collaborate with our product and design teams to implement new features and improvements to the web application.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows best practices and coding standards.
  • Optimize the web application for speed, performance, and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of the web application.
  • Contribute to the development of backend services and APIs to support the web application.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development using modern web technologies (e.g. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, Node.js, Python).
  • Experience with web development frameworks (e.g. Symfony, Flask, Ruby on Rails).
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) and database design principles.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g. Docker).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Knowledge of software emissions, environmental impact, or sustainability is a plus.
