Customer advocacy and references

  • Partner with Customer Success and account teams to identify, recruit, and nurture customer champions, from practitioner to executive sponsors.
  • Recruit and prepare customer speakers for industry events, trade shows, and webinars, and coordinate customer participation in analyst and press opportunities.
  • Manage a customer reference program that connects qualified prospects with relevant peers by industry, use case, and role.

Required Experience

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including substantial ownership of customer marketing, expansion marketing, or enterprise account-based marketing programs.
  • A demonstrated track record of driving expansion pipeline and contributing to revenue growth within large enterprise accounts, working closely with Account Executives and Customer Success.
  • Ability to understand operational challenges and communicate effectively with manufacturing leaders, with the curiosity and confidence to spend time on the plant floor.

  • Experience navigating legal and communications approvals for customer stories at large enterprises.
  • Ability to set priorities, build programs, and execute effectively with a lean team.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and events.

Preferred
