We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI engineer (not a researcher) to join our team in the United States. This role would focus on developing cutting-edge AI solutions for real-world industrial applications. While we are flexible regarding the location, we prefer co-location, and for this role, the preferred location is New Jersey—exceptions for outstanding candidates.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Development:

• Design, develop, and optimize advanced AI models, including LLMs, Transformers, and multimodal LLMs.
• Work with technologies such as NVIDIA AI Stack, including Blueprints, NeMo, NIM, and Llama VLM, to develop impactful AI-driven applications.
• Build and maintain scalable AI systems, ensuring high performance and reliability for industrial use cases.

Technical Problem Solving:

• Translate complex problems into technical requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions.
• Conduct experiments and iterate quickly to refine models and optimize outcomes.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to integrate AI solutions into DeepHow’s platform.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure that AI models address real-world customer needs effectively.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to enhance DeepHow’s product offerings.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the team’s technical growth.

Qualifications

Education:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• Open to fresh PhD graduates with strong software engineering skills and demonstrable Git contributions.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on deep learning and LLM-based solutions.
• Proven track record of building highly scalable and production-quality applications (vs. prototypes).

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with the application of AI in video processing.
• Experience with LLMs, Transformer models, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and multimodal foundation models.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA AI Stack, including Blueprints, NeMo, NIM, and Llama VLM.
• Experience deploying scalable AI systems on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including API architecture, SDLC, and DevOps skills.
