About the Role

We are hiring a high-performing Account Executive to lead sales growth in the pharmaceutical industry. This role focuses on large enterprise pharma manufacturers, building lasting partnerships to drive efficiency, quality, and compliance through DeepHow’s AI solution.

You'll be responsible for developing and closing new business with pharma manufacturing leaders—especially those involved in operations, training, quality, and digital transformation.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and drive full-cycle sales: from prospecting to deal close with enterprise pharmaceutical manufacturers.
  • Engage stakeholders across Training, Quality, Operations, and Manufacturing Excellence teams.
  • Tailor DeepHow’s value proposition to regulated environments, highlighting faster training, fewer deviations, and improved audit readiness.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines, accurately forecast revenue, and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure customer success and growth post-sale.
  • Travel to customer sites, conferences, and industry events as needed (up to 25%).
Who You Are
  • Based in NJ, NY, MA, or PA..
  • 3–5+ years of successful enterprise sales experience, specifically selling SaaS to large pharmaceutical manufacturers.
  • Previous hands-on experience in operations, training, quality, or manufacturing excellence within pharma is a huge advantage.
  • Skilled in selling to cross-functional stakeholders in complex, long-cycle deals.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in B2B enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communicator—equally confident presenting to site managers or C-level leaders.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Deep understanding of GxP environments and the unique compliance pressures of life sciences manufacturing.
  • Experience supporting Operational Excellence, Lean, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of onboarding, upskilling, and skills retention challenges in pharma plants.
