Primary Purpose and Role
We are looking for a Principal User Experience Architect to own the end-to-end user journey across video capture, AI structuring, workflow creation, onboarding, learning reinforcement, and performance validation. Not just how the product looks, but how it works.

- AI outputs feel intuitive and trustworthy
- Frontline workers can use the platform without friction
- Product experience drives engagement and retention
Primary Responsibilities
Product logic
- Convert features into detailed product logic and seamless flow.
End-to-End Experience Architecture
- Design seamless flows across video capture, AI processing, workflow editing, publishing, and validation
- Ensure outputs are operationally usable, not just visually clean
- Simplify complex AI logic into intuitive user interactions
First-Time User Experience (FTUX) & Onboarding
- Reduce time-to-first-value for operators, admins, and supervisors
- Redesign onboarding to drive activation and early adoption
- Identify friction in first-session behavior and remove it
- Apply product-led growth principles to B2B manufacturing software
Frontline-First Design
- Design for real manufacturing constraints (noise, shared devices, connectivity limitations)
- Ensure usability for non-desk users
- Spend time understanding plant-floor workflows
Travel Requirement:
This role requires approximately 10%+ travel, including regular time on-site with customers and attendance at key industry seminars, conferences, and events to support product adoption.

- Systems thinkers understand AI, logic, usability, and growth together
- Comfortably operating in a fast-moving startup environment
Nice to have
