Role Overview
We are hiring a New Logo Account Executive focused on Manufacturing customers across discrete and process industries. This is a hunter role responsible for driving net-new customer acquisition with complex, multi-site manufacturing organizations.
This role requires someone comfortable working on the plant floor with frontline teams and engaging executive leadership around operational and financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
● Prospect, qualify, and close net-new manufacturing customers
● Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution
● Lead discovery across operations, CI, EHS, quality, and L&D teams
● Map manufacturing challenges such as onboarding, scrap, downtime, and safety to measurable ROI
● Conduct onsite plant visits, demos, workshops, and executive presentations
● Build and manage pipeline with disciplined forecasting in HubSpot
Required Experience
● 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong hunter background
● Extensive experience selling into manufacturing or industrial environments
● Proven success closing six-figure, multi-site manufacturing deals
● Strong understanding of plant operations, standard work, training, and continuous improvement
● Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
Travel Requirement
● Minimum 50% travel, including frequent onsite visits to manufacturing facilities
