Role Overview

We are looking for a VP Solution Consultant – Manufacturing & CI to serve as a senior technical and domain expert supporting sales and customer engagements across manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and electronics. This role is highly consultative and customer-facing, requiring deep industry knowledge including Continuous Improvement and Lean methodologies and the ability to translate operational challenges into scalable technical solutions.

You will play a key role in complex sales cycles, pilots, and enterprise deployments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise prospects and customers
  • Apply Continuous Improvement and Lean expertise to frame DeepHow’s value in terms of waste reduction, standard work, and verified execution outcomes that resonate with CI leaders and plant managers
  • Partner with Account Executives on complex deals as the primary technical authority
  • Conduct advanced product demonstrations, workshops, and onsite evaluations
  • Advise customers on AI adoption, deployment architecture, integrations, and best practices
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering based on real-world customer needs
  • Support proof-of-concepts and early-stage implementations

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering or technical consulting
  • Extensive experience in manufacturing, industrial operations or regulated industries
  • Hands-on experience with Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, or DMAIC; ability to connect DeepHow’s platform capabilities to measurable CI outcomes on the shop floor
  • Strong working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles including waste reduction, standard work, value stream mapping, and 5S; experience applying Lean thinking to workforce training, SOP design, and operational execution
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows, SOPs, training, and frontline systems
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, integrations, and scalable deployments
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Travel Requirement

Minimum 30% travel, including customer sites, workshops, and executive sessions
