DeFiner is searching for an experienced and self-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our DeFiner Marketing team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. As a CMO, you will collaborate cross-functionally with different teams, developing and implementing new marketing strategies and lead and build our marketing team. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our marketing channels.

Qualification

Proven experience as a CMO or similar executive level roles Solid understanding in the blockchain industry and crypto community Previous experience in the blockchain industry and the technology industry Ability to develop and manage media relationships Experience in scaling projects and teams, leading remotely Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects like but not limited to branding, product promotion, PR and community building. Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities Responsibilities Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives Define the community strategies and how to engage users Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice” Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.) Managing Publication Relationships Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals Create a solid network of strategic partnerships with related companies
