We don't design just for aesthetics—design is central to our AI-driven product. We're looking for a creative designer to craft user experiences that seamlessly blend sophisticated AI technology with intuitive, attractive interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design UI/UX from the ground up – Deliver end-to-end user experiences for our enterprise platforms with a strong focus on usability, simplicity, and delight.
• Work independently on projects – Take ownership of complete feature sets within clearly defined domains.
• Create intuitive flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that guide product development.
• Shape the user experience – Ensure our AI product is user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing for enterprise users.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, AI researchers, and other stakeholders – Drive projects from ideation to launch with cross-functional input.
• Develop and maintain DeltaGen’s visual design system – Ensure consistency and quality across all platforms.
• Incorporate user research findings into design iterations – Focus on continuous improvement based on real user feedback.
• Contribute to strategic discussions – Connect design decisions with broader business goals and user needs.

Must have qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Architecture, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products across platforms (web, mobile, enterprise tools).
• Strong hands-on experience with interaction design, user research, prototyping (using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD), and visual design principles (typography, layout, color theory, iconography).
• Proven track record of designing complex enterprise applications or SaaS platforms, balancing user needs with business goals.
• Deep understanding of human-centered design and modern design principles, with a strong eye for detail and quality.
• Ability to drive projects independently— from user research to prototyping and final design — without needing detailed instructions.
• Strong strategic thinking skills, capable of aligning design decisions with broader product and business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills — able to clearly explain design rationale, collaborate across teams, and champion user-centered thinking.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience presenting and advocating for your designs across interdisciplinary teams and leadership.
• A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design processes, from research and ideation through high-fidelity prototypes and final designs.
• Familiarity with designing for AI-based or data-intensive products is a strong plus.
• Experience collaborating within fast-paced startups or SaaS product teams.
