SourceEazy is on the lookout for a creative, versatile Product Designer with a strong grasp of UX, UI, and conversion-driven design. What You'll Do:

• Design & Innovate: Create user-centric experiences that enhance usability and drive conversions by solving complex design challenges with innovative, practical solutions.
• Develop Design Systems: Build, maintain, and iterate on robust design systems that ensure visual and usability consistency across all projects.
• Document & Communicate: Develop comprehensive documentation to capture design decisions, workflows, and guidelines, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product management, content strategy, and customer service—to shape and execute our product vision.
• Embed in Product Teams: Play a key role within a product team, designing features and experiences that form a strategic pillar of our offering, and ensuring that user flows, wireframes, and prototypes effectively communicate design concepts.
• Lead & Mentor: Serve as a design lead by mentoring team members, guiding best practices, and fostering a collaborative, feedback-driven environment.
• Influence the Product Roadmap: Contribute strategic insights and participate in user interviews and research to better understand customer needs, ultimately shaping our product roadmap and future features.
• Embody Our Culture: Align with our core values by actively contributing to an innovative, customer-centric culture that drives teamwork and success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience in product design, with a robust portfolio showcasing multiple projects.
• User-Centric Design: Deep knowledge of UX, IxD, and UI design, with a strong ability to optimize designs for user engagement and conversion.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with design systems, component-based design approaches, and a comprehensive understanding of both design systems and visual aesthetics.
• Strategic & Analytical: Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset that balances user needs with business objectives, ensuring practical and innovative solutions.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach, able to present design decisions clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Industry Experience & Adaptability: Experience in digital products, with a bonus for those with backgrounds in e-commerce, fashion, and apparel industries; a growth mindset that embraces feedback and adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Cultural Fit: A sense of humor and the ability to build strong relationships, keeping team morale high with a collaborative and energetic spirit.
