- The primary role of a Financial Analyst is to Audit the standard reports to identify duplicate, over and under payments for the client.
- Analyse agreements, invoices, purchase orders and other documentation, exploring for possible missed opportunities and improve the processes.
- Successfully uses Audit Tools with increasing proficiency with all systems and applications including internal and client tools.
- Identify new claim opportunities for different clients.
- Work on new initiatives and participate in various KT sessions organized in the company.
- Manage stakeholders, effectively communicate with stakeholders timely manner.
- Should have good knowledge of Retails domain in customer or product related departments.
- Very good communication skill to manage stakeholders.
- Should have prior experience of stakeholder management.
- Prior experience of finance and merchandizing is preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounts payable amp; receivable data, data interpretation / data processing.
- Good understanding of Procure to Pay Process amp; Accounting Principles
- Should be able to Identify variances or errors in the procurement and payment processes to recover revenue.
- Good proficiency in MS office applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel amp; PowerPoint is expected, familiarity with data management tools/Query (SQL) will be helpful.
- Should have ability to analyse and interpret data: Rational and logical thinker and should pay attention to details.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently amp; should have capability to work with deadlines.
