Role Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to work closely with the CTO. This role is ideal for a fresher or intern who wants exposure to leadership, technology operations, and strategic execution.
You will act as the CTO’s right hand—helping manage time, information, and execution across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Meeting Management
- Manage the CTO’s calendar and meeting schedules
- Coordinate meetings across teams and time zones
- Prepare agendas and meeting briefs
- Take structured meeting notes and track action items
Communication & Follow-ups
- Triage emails and messages
- Draft responses and follow-ups
- Coordinate communication between teams
Execution & Coordination
- Track tasks, initiatives, and deadlines
- Follow up with team leads on updates
- Maintain status dashboards and trackers
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain organized documentation repositories
- Prepare summaries, reports, and decks
- Assist in OKR tracking and reviews
Hiring & Operations Support
- Schedule interviews
- Maintain candidate pipelines
- Assist with onboarding coordination
Ad-hoc Support
- Research tools, vendors, and solutions
- Assist with special projects as needed
Required Skills & Traits
Must-Have
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong use of AI tools and productivity hacks
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable working with senior leadership
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Notion, ClickUp
- Basic understanding of technology or startups
- Prior internship or college leadership experience
