Job Title: Executive Assistant to Head of Audit (Audit Execution Lead)
Company and Role Summary
Discover Dollar helps large enterprises identify revenue leakages, validate them as claims, and recover value from suppliers. The Head of Audit leads audit development for new clients, supports delivery teams, advises Sales and Marketing with operational insights, manages the audit organization, and drives scale plans while keeping costs low.
This role is a high trust partner to the Head of Audit. The core purpose is simple, turn ideas into action, and drive them to closure. This is not a recovery audit executor role. It is a planning and execution role that helps the Head of Audit run the audit organization with strong cadence, clear ownership, and measurable progress.
What You Will Do
You will work directly with the Head of Audit and help convert priorities into structured plans and then keep them moving.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Turn discussions and ideas into clear action plans, with owners, milestones, and timelines
  • Build and maintain trackers for initiatives across clients and internal programs
  • Run weekly and monthly operating cadence, including agenda, pre reads, notes, action items, and follow ups
  • Drive closure by ensuring owners complete actions on time, and risks are raised early
  • Create structured documents and decks for internal reviews, client updates, and leadership updates
  • Coordinate with audit team leads, data and analytics team, and cross functional partners to unblock work
  • Maintain a single source of truth for key metrics such as spend reviewed, claims pipeline, recoveries, delivery health, and key risks
  • Support people and org activities such as hiring coordination, performance review tracking, training plans, and team development programs
  • Help the Head of Audit stay prepared by organizing priorities, meeting notes, decision logs, and follow up threads
  • Own the Head of Audit’s calendar: plan, schedule, and sequence meetings; prevent conflicts; and block focus time for deep work
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings (with clients, internal leaders, and partners), ensuring the right participants, context, and materials are in place
  • Support inbox and communication management:
  • Draft and send clear, concise email updates and summaries on behalf of the Head of Audit
  • Respond to routine queries and follow‑ups to reduce noise and context‑switching
  • When required, handle basic logistics and admin such as travel coordination, expense submissions, meeting room bookings, and key client‑meeting logistics
What Success Looks Like
In the first 60 to 90 days, success means:
  • There is a reliable weekly rhythm for tracking initiatives, and nothing important gets lost
  • Every major initiative has an owner, milestones, and clear next steps
  • Reviews and meetings feel prepared, structured, and action driven
  • The Head of Audit spends less time chasing updates, and more time on client growth, audit development, and leadership decisions
  • Key metrics are available quickly, and leadership questions can be answered with clarity
  • The Head of Audit’s calendar, meetings, and communication feel well‑managed and under control
Who You Are
This role needs a person who is sharp, structured, and comfortable working with senior leaders.
Must have:
  • Strong written communication, you can convert messy notes into clear actions and crisp updates
  • Strong planning and follow up skills, you enjoy driving closure
  • Strong analytical thinking, you can work with numbers, trackers, and basic reporting
  • Very good Excel and Google Sheets skills, and comfort with slides and docs
  • High ownership, you will follow through without being asked repeatedly
  • Comfort working in fast moving environments with frequent priority shifts
  • High discretion and trust, since you will be close to leadership topics
  • Comfortable in learning and using internal tools (trackers, dashboards, collaboration tools, audit/ops platforms)
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with audit, finance operations, procurement, AP, or recovery audit concepts
  • Experience working with data teams or business intelligence teams to build simple metrics
  • Prior experience supporting a CXO / Head‑of‑Function with calendar, meetings, and communication
