About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate engagement, and employer branding initiatives. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone aspiring to build a career in HR, especially in Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own sourcing candidates through job portals (e.g. Naukri, Indeed, Internshala and other Gen AI apps), social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support in creating and posting job descriptions across platforms.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and reports.
  • Help in conducting Background verifications and offer rollouts under supervision.
  • Assist in campus hiring drives, internship programs, and onboarding activities.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the candidate experience and employer branding.
  • Master ATS (Applicant Tracking System) usage and leverage it for better business outcome.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or MSW in HR (preferred).
  • Experience: Fresher or prior internship experience in recruitment is an added advantage.
  • Skills Required:
    • Strong written & oral communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good understanding of social media and online research.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
    • Proficient in MS Excel, and MS Office.
    • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced HR environment.
