Field marketing is where Discover Dollar meets the finance and procurement leaders who decide on six-figure deals - at conferences, executive dinners, roadshows, and webinars. This role is about owning the machinery that makes those moments happen and making sure no lead falls through the cracks after. It's execution from Day 1, not watch-and-learn. By the end of six months, you should be able to run an event end to end without anyone holding your hand.
You'll work directly with the Marketing Manager across:
  • Trade shows and conferences
  • Roadshows and executive networking events
  • Experiential marketing initiatives
  • Strategic field marketing campaigns
  • Community management and community events
  • Campaigns and attendee acquisition
  • Vendor and venue coordination
  • On-ground event execution
  • LinkedIn and email campaigns
  • Event reporting and pipeline tracking
  • AI-driven marketing workflows
  • AI-powered event research and attendee intelligence
  • Using AI tools to scale event execution, outreach, and operations
This is not a "watch and learn" internship. You'll be involved in execution from Day 1 and will own multiple projects and events.

Background: Open to candidates from a tech, marketing, or agency background — a stint at a SaaS or B2B company is a plus.
It's a 6-month internship based in Bengaluru, with a potential full-time opportunity based on performance.
The goal is simple: by the end of the internship, you should be confident enough to independently own and execute events, campaigns, and field marketing initiatives in a fast-paced B2B environment.
