Full job description

Are you a mental health leader who is excited to join a mission-driven company set on making therapy the new normal? Do you have a passion for developing and inspiring your team to deliver top-notch client care in an environment that values inclusivity and belonging?

If you’re still reading, it means you’re the perfect fit! Sooo... Hi! We're DiveThru. We're on a mission to ensure no one struggles alone. Through our in-person studios and online platform, we connect today's generation with a modern therapy experience.

As a mental health tech company with funding from all levels of the government, we are integrating technology into the therapy experience to improve therapist and client experiences and outcomes. By bringing together every element, from matching with a therapist, managing appointments, accessing resources, and tracking progress directly in the DiveThru app, we are modernizing the therapy experience. The centralization of therapy tools means one less thing to worry about so that clients can focus on what matters — healing.

We’re looking to add a Clinical Lead to our DiveThru Crew. This is a regional role that will support our Edmonton and greater Edmonton area locations.

Our ideal candidate is a strong people leader and seasoned therapist (Registered Psychologist or Registered Clinical Social Worker) who is committed to supporting our clinicians in providing high quality client care. Reporting to our Director of Clinical Operations, the Clinical Lead will use their skills to support our therapists with clinical questions, organize professional development opportunities, supervise students, and support with therapist recruitment and onboarding. Note that this role will not involve actively seeing clients.

Here’s What You’ll Get By Joining Our Team:

- Paid vacation so you can take the time off that you deserve
- Paid flex days (because we get it - life happens)
- Paid office closure from December 25th through January 1st to give our Crew the chance to recharge
- Health, dental, and extended benefits plan starting from day 1
- Attend professional development and mental health related workshops
- The opportunity to be a part of a growing company with advancement as we continue to grow

Ready to join us? Okay, let’s talk about the official stuff:

Your General Responsibilities:

- Provide our therapists with support and guidance for any clinical or ethical questions they may have to ensure they are able to provide the highest level of quality care to their clients. - Work with our People and Culture team to support therapist hiring and onboarding/offboarding. This includes participating in interviews, evaluating candidate fit, and ensuring a smooth transition for new therapists into our DiveThru Crew
- Facilitate case consultations and plan regular professional development opportunities. You’ll be responsible for organizing workshops, training sessions, and other learning opportunities to help our therapists continuously improve their skills and knowledge
- Meet regularly with the DiveThru HQ team to provide feedback to inform and enhance clinical operations and client care. You’ll act as a liaison between the therapists and HQ, ensuring that communication flows smoothly and that the needs and concerns of therapists are addressed promptly

- Experience in clinic operations and people management is an asset. Your knowledge of running a clinic and/or managing a team will help you excel in this role
