Through our in-person studios and online platform, we provide mental health support, designed with today’s generation in mind. Our services include therapy and psychological assessments. We also partner with organizations to make mental health support more accessible for their teams.
As a mental health tech company with funding from groups like Alberta Innovates, we are integrating technology into the therapy experience to improve therapist and client experiences and outcomes. By bringing together every element, from matching with a therapist, managing appointments, accessing resources, and tracking progress directly in the DiveThru app, we are modernizing the therapy experience. The centralization of therapy tools means one less thing to worry about so that clients can focus on what matters — their mental health.
We’re looking for Registered Social Workers (with MSW and a clinical designation) to join our Edmonton Central DiveThru Crew!

Your General Responsibilities:
- Provide evidenced-based, culturally responsive and trauma-informed counselling to populations you are specialized and interested in working with (e.g. children, teens, adults, couples, families, group)
- Integrate DiveThru app features (e.g. booking portal, clinically validated measures, entering tasks to work on outside of session). Training will be provided
- Do your best to attend team meetings, case consultations and professional development sessions as part of a collaborative work environment and to strive for quality care
- Commitment to DiveThru’s clinical values: providing person-centred care, demonstrating cultural sensitivity, adopting a feedback-informed approach, and showing compassion and empathy in your interactions
Your Skills:
Our ideal candidate brings the following to the table:
- Clinical training in evidence based approaches such as CBT, DBT, SBFT, ACT, EMDR, EFT, ERP, Gottman method, etc.
- Excellent oral and communication skills
- Strong understanding and adherence to professional ethics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
Required
- Experience providing individual therapy to children, teens and/or adults. Experience providing couples, family and/or group therapy is an asset
- Registration and in good standing with the Alberta College of Social Workers
- Professional liability insurance, including cyber liability
- Completed a Masters or Doctoral degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology or School and Clinical Child Psychology, or Social Work with a clinical focus
- Strong understanding and adherence to professional ethics
- See a minimum of 15 clients a week in-person AND virtually
Salary
The rate of this contract will be $132 per session.

- We are open 8am-9pm Sunday to Thursday, 8am-2pm Fridays and Saturdays. Our therapists work in six hour shifts with a self-appointed one hour break if they choose during these shifts. Shifts are from 8am-2pm or 3pm-9pm. Does this structure work for you?
