In 2021 we had a successful $30 million Series A funding round, and in 2022 we became the fastest DNS security tool on the planet and joined forces with privacy-focused VPN Guardian! This year we’re continuing our product-fueled growth by adding new features to assist our customers with their DNS-layer security and broadening our solution to meet the needs of our customers.

As the Performance Marketing Manager and member of the Demand Generation team, you will be responsible for the development, optimization and analysis of DNSFilter’s paid media campaigns. You will partner with Marketing, Business Operations and Sales teams to build paid media campaigns that drive lower funnel direct response (i.e., free trial signups), as well as generate new demand in top and mid-funnel campaigns among our ideal customer profiles.

You Will:

  • Own the strategy and execution of performance marketing within the Demand Generation function, supporting paid search, paid social, and display advertising
  • Plan, implement, and measure campaigns that drive qualified direct response with increasing lead quality
  • Perform continuous data analysis to uncover inefficiencies in campaigns and opportunities that we can take advantage of within the market
  • Standardize reporting and dashboards to effectively communicate results, trends and campaign recommendations
  • Partner with the sales organization on developing targeted campaigns aligned to DNSFilter ideal customer profiles and target account lists
  • Perform analysis of demand generation engine components to understand and develop insights for GTM teams (marketing, sales, product) to be more effective
  • Work with Business Operations team to enhance the instrumentation of the digital marketing funnel to develop new methodologies for analysis and optimization
  • Deep understanding of ad marketplace dynamics and optimization techniques to help achieve demand gen objectives of trial signups and qualified pipeline generation
  • Experienced in owning paid media in a B2B SaaS/Tech environment, with hands-on ad platform experience in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
    • Microsoft Ads, Reddit Ads, Meta Ads, and additional platform experience is plus
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques specific to SaaS/B2B models
  • Ability to be self-directed and work in an autonomous environment
  • Experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase is preferred
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot is a preferred

The hiring range for this role is: $117,500 - $138,000 USD Annually

DNSFilter is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The hiring base pay is dependent upon many factors such as level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and/or geographic location. As a fully remote company, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. and global geographic markets. We pay differently based on those defined markets.
