We’re hiring a senior Back End Developer at DOConvert

We're building a smarter way to handle supply chain documents. We turn messy PDFs into real data, automate manual work, and help businesses move faster.

Now we’re looking for a senior backend developer to join our core team and help us take DOConvert to the next level.

• Build and scale our backend systems using Java (Spring Boot)
• Work with AI-driven logic like OCR, NLP, and anomaly detection to make document processing smarter
• Design a robust infrastructure that can handle real-time data from real-world clients
• Collaborate closely with the founding team on architecture, product direction, and roadmap
  

• 5 plus years of backend experience in Java, APIs, async processing, Docker, MySQL, and cloud (AWS is a plus)
• Someone who is practical, curious, and ready to take ownership in a startup setting
• Bonus if you have experience working with AI or machine learning models
• Bonus if you have helped scale a product or worked in a fast-growing environment
