Demand Generation Manager (4+ years)

Responsibilties:
- You'll be crafting and executing demand generation campaigns across all channels, including email, social media, webinars, content syndication, and digital advertising.
- You'll work closely with key marketing stakeholders to create targeted messaging and content that really resonates with our customers.
- You'll keep a close eye on campaign performance metrics, using them to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- You’ll develop strategic quarterly roadmap for digital engagement channels and tactics being used for marketing campaigns across paid social, organic social, webinars, SEM, media buys and email that are tied to the business revenue goals.
- You’ll develop A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and other forms of content and consistently troubleshoot and optimize messaging and campaigns as needed.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably in B2B SaaS or the tech industry.
- A solid background in digital marketing, including experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and ABM platforms.
- Stellar project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
- A results-driven mindset, with a knack for analyzing quantitative data to forecast impact, determine program effectiveness, and measure ROI.Experience and passion for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a focus on transparency, collaboration, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement.
