Responsibilities
- Evolve our HR processes and policies; understand organizational needs and create & drive improvements in processes, policies, and workflows.
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, promotions, using human resources management system software.
- Stay up to date on HR laws and practices like payroll, benefits compliance, terminations, leave of absences, etc.
- Assist the team in hiring-related processes & paperwork.
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
- Assist in any administration related work as and when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year relevant HR experience- HR operations and administration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented, stellar organizational skills and able to prioritize effectively
- Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent judgement and discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times
