  Responsibilities:
 - Capable of handling both Manager and Individual Contributor roles.
 - Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals (15%).
 - Perform individual recruiting tasks from sourcing to closing (50%).
 - Collaborate with HR operations to increase employee retention (15%).
 - Engage in organizational planning (10%).
 - Focus on employer branding and networking (10%).
  You will be a good fit if you:
 - Have experience scaling organizations from 50 to 200+ employees, especially SaaS organizations.
 - Have 4-6 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or a Recruiter.
 - Are able to hire either very high-quality technical talent (data scientists, ML engineers, python devs) or very high-quality sales & marketing talent (growth marketers, content marketers, account executives)
 - Are able to convince very high-quality talent to join a fast-growing software startup.
 - Are very detailed and process oriented
 - Have a solid understanding of HR practices
 - Have MBA in HR (preferred but not required)
