Senior Solutions Engineer (3+ years)
- Provide technical expertise through solution designs, solution demonstrations, proof of concepts by various mediums - in-person/virtual presentations, white boards etc.
- Should be able to cater to the customer's requirement.
- Should be able to provide support assistance to the customer at times when required.
- Delivering customer demos and helping with customer onboarding.
- Should be able to design solutions based on the customer’s requirement and flexibility and must know how to work on multiple solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with the Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure internal speed bumps are encountered.
- Reporting processes that may need improvement.
- Ensuring that our CRM contains accurate account details and contact information.
- Has minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in SaaS or IT.
- Must have a full time degree in Engineering Background.
- Must have good experience in programming languages like python.
- Good understanding of REST API and making api calls.
- Good experience with POSTMAN, integration tools like zapier, and other middleware.
- Has effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, collaborative, with an eagerness to learn.
