Docsumo is Document AI software that helps enterprises capture data and analyze customer documents. We convert documents such as invoices, ID cards, and bank statements into actionable data. We are working with the clients such as PayU, Arbor and Hitachi and backed by Sequoia, Barclays, Techstars, and Better Capital.
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for -
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise through solution designs, solution demonstrations, proof of concepts by various mediums - in-person/virtual presentations, white boards etc.
- Should be able to cater to the customer's requirement.
- Should be able to provide support assistance to the customer at times when required.
- Delivering customer demos and helping with customer onboarding.
- Should be able to design solutions based on the customer’s requirement and flexibility and must know how to work on multiple solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with the Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure internal speed bumps are encountered.
- Reporting processes that may need improvement.
- Ensuring that our CRM contains accurate account details and contact information.
Requirements
- Has minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in SaaS or IT.
- Must have a full time degree in Engineering Background.
- Must have good experience in programming languages like python.
- Good understanding of REST API and making api calls.
- Good experience with POSTMAN, integration tools like zapier, and other middleware.
- Has effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, collaborative, with an eagerness to learn.
