Technical Content Writer (2+ years)
- Create and refine technical information and other various materials for explaining products and services.
- Suggest best practices and optimizations throughout content generation projects and ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with fellow technical communicators to develop new approaches for creating more precise and engaging knowledge base articles for the company.
- Manage complex information and multiple projects and use company brand voice and messaging to reinforce the company culture
- Implement comprehensive technical documentation, feedback, and changes whenever possible
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing
- Proficiency in word processor programs such as Microsoft Word and Google Docs and PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with systems development life cycle (SDLC), HTML, and CSS is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of evolving technologies such as AI,ML, deep learning, and NLP Knowledge of computer vision, OCR, and intelligent document processing is an added advantage.
