- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's goals, target audience, and industry trends.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and informative content, including blog posts, case studies, and more.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, website design, and other teams to plan, prioritize, and create content that supports marketing and sales efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor content strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Ensure that content is delivered on time and according to schedule, meeting customer requirements and aligning with relevant social media platforms.
- Implement comprehensive technical documentation, feedback, and changes whenever possible
Requirements
- Over 6+ experience in content marketing and strategy, particularly within the SaaS industry.
- Exceptional time and project management skills and the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- A track record of consistently delivering high-quality content on schedule.
- Proficiency in word processor programs such as Microsoft Word and Google Docs and PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with systems development life cycle (SDLC), HTML, and CSS is preferred
- Understanding of evolving technologies such as AI,ML, deep learning, and NLP Knowledge of computer vision, OCR, and intelligent document processing is an added advantage.
