- Help lead a high performance sales team by executing targeted pipeline goals and exceeding those goals in the emerging business.
- Resolve routine problems and act as first point of escalation for the team.
- Work with sales to optimize pipeline creation and efficient lead handoff.
- Meet inbound SLA for processing and following up with MQLs.
- Identify target accounts and prospects to effectively pitch Marketing Performance Platform to set meetings with qualified prospects and clients.
- Analyze data to identify trends and communicate appropriate to sales management
- Assist in the development and creation of new sales and marketing ideas.
- Monitor, review and coach calls and processes on a weekly basis.
- Help recruit, interview, onboard, train, BDRs, and grow the team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Lead Generation / Sales development / Business development preferably in a SAAS company.
- Effective communication skills with ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Working knowledge of Hubspot (Or any other CRM) and prospecting tools like LinkedIn , Email drip tools like Outreach, Klenty and CRM tools like Salesforce
- MBA preferred, otherwise minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree. (Computer Science/IT/Electronics preferred).
- Should be able to work USA East Coast timings - 3 PM to 1 AM (IST)
- Should have prior experience working with "C" & "D" level executives
- Excited to sell brand-new technology products
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, collaborative, with an eagerness to learn.
