- Develop and expand the Partner Ecosystem (PE) in the USA.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with top technology companies, focusing on co-development, co-marketing, and global collaboration.
- Secure and negotiate partnership agreements that align with business goals and deliver mutual benefits.
- Prioritize partnerships with key platforms such as Salesforce, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and other marketplace engagements.
- Create and implement strategic plans for partner collaboration to drive product adoption and ensure customer success.
- Manage all aspects of partner engagement, including onboarding, training, sales enablement, and joint go-to-market initiatives such as webinars, podcasts, and co-authored industry reports.
- This is a quota carrying role where you will be responsible for driving revenue through partners.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in Strategic Alliances and Partnerships, particularly within product companies providing SaaS solutions and IT services companies providing Salesforce implementation solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and managing go-to-market strategies.
- Proven ability to build long-term business relationships through strong influencing and consultative skills.
- Background in Business Alliances, marketplace engagement, partner management, and driving partnership strategies.
- Goal-driven, assertive, and adept at problem-solving.
- Will be required to work in EST (8 am to 5 pm EST).
