Responsibilties
- Define and execute the content marketing strategy and ensuring all content is on -brand, consistent, in terms of style, quality tone of voice across channels
- Create and oversee robust distribution playbooks for maximizing content reach and engagement across different channels
- Build and manage an editorial calendar targeting our ICP
- Collaborate with domain experts to create and syndicate authoritative content about document processing, automation, and AI
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority
- Create conversion-optimized content for different stages of the buyer journey
- Establish processes for content updates and optimization based on performance data
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align content with demand generation goals
Must Have:
- 5+ years of content marketing experience with proven success in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated track record of scaling organic traffic and conversions
- Advanced proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms such as - Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or similar SEO tools, Microsoft Clarity or similar user behavior tools, HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven content optimization
- Experience in creating comprehensive content distribution strategies
- Proven ability to write for technical B2B audiences
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices and current trends
- Experience in managing content calendars and workflows
- Track record of improving key metrics like organic traffic, rankings, and conversion rates
Good to have:
- Experience in the document processing, automation, or enterprise AI space
- Knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and B2B content requirements
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Understanding of marketing automation and lead scoring
- Background in content repurposing and multi-channel distribution
- Knowledge of schema markup and technical SEO
