Responsibilities:
- Receive and validate daily card production from card providers
- Organize and sort printed cards and check bank screening processes
- Process bank cards according to designated procedures, including scanning, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Receive and validate delivered card KYC documents, including data validation, signature review, and uploading KYC information
- Prepare and review daily productivity reports
- Handle delivery evidence exceptions and resolve related issues
- Communicate with relevant departments to address and resolve cases
- Participate in assigned tasks related to daily operational processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in data entry and validation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of card production processes and industry regulations
- Experience in a similar role (preferred)
