🏥 Remote GP (UK Based) – Pay Per Consultation 💻

📍 Position: General Practitioner (Self-Employed)

🌍 Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)

⏳ Availability: Immediate Start Only (please do not apply if you have any planned leave within the next 6 weeks)

Required Weekly Sessions:

We are currently seeking cover during the following times:

• Monday: 6pm to 10pm
• Wednesday: 6pm to 10pm
• Thursday: 6pm to 10pm
• Friday: 6pm to 10pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 7am to 10pm (weekend times are flexible and can be discussed)

A minimum commitment of 8 hours per week is required, ideally spread across regular sessions.

💼 What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking self-employed locum GPs who:

✔ Are committed to being actively involved with Dr. Online UK, not just working sporadically.

✔ Are comfortable with pay-per-patient compensation (not hourly pay).

✔ Are adaptable & motivated. Keen to grow with an evolving startup.

✔ Have a patient-first approach and are comfortable with video consultations.

✔ Are tech-savvy & able to navigate online consultation platforms (Semble/Heydoc experience is a plus).

✔ Understand and value startup culture and are comfortable with change, flexibility and collaborative working.

✔Have a strong understanding of CQC compliance

✔Hold a SCOPE certification (or actively working towards it)

✔ Have previous experience in health tech

📌 Role Details & Pay

💰 Payment Per Patient Seen: £10-£20 per consultation

⏳ Appointment Length: 10-15 minutes (maximum 4-6 patients per hour)

🕒 Available Working Hours: see above outlined

📜 Key Requirements

✅ GMC Registered (in good standing)

✅ Valid DBS Check

✅ Essential Training – Safeguarding Level 3 (Adults & Children), Mental Capacity, Information Governance, etc.

✅ References

✅ Remote GP Experience preferred

✅ Understanding of Private GP Services
