Responsibilities:
1、Manage and develop a specific product category, ensuring a comprehensive and competitive product offering for the platform.
2、Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals, pricing, and terms, contributing to the overall profitability of the category.
3、Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities, adjusting the product portfolio accordingly.
4、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth category performance and customer satisfaction.
5、Monitor category performance metrics, such as sales, inventory, and customer feedback, and implement strategies to optimize performance.
6、Participate in promotional planning and execution, driving sales growth and increasing customer engagement within the category.
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
2、More than 4 year of experience in a buying or category management role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
3、Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
4、Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
5、With excellent written and verbal communication skills.
