Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the UX UI design of Lazada's B-side business, participated in the exploration of forward-looking product design schemes, from design strategy, design execution to design implementation.
2. Participate in the communication and construction of business products, be able to quickly understand business needs, have global design thinking, and formulate business design objectives and corresponding design solutions
3. Can independently promote and complete high-quality project design output, pay attention to user feedback and data feedback, continue to track and pay attention to online products, promote the iterative optimization of product experience, and conduct design methodology precipitation and effect review
4. Participate in the formulation and implementation of the design system to achieve product consistency in user experience.

Job Requirements
1. 3-5 years or above Internet design experience, bachelor degree or above, English can be used as the working language, familiar with the Internet development process, product thinking and business thinking
2. Have relevant experience in e-commerce or background, complex B-end products, E2E experience design ability, good business understanding ability and product thinking ability, can consider the overall project planning combined with business and design, and independently complete the design output of some large complex projects and follow up the landing work
3. Strong project communication skills and cross-team collaboration skills, able to clearly express design views and design values in the project
4. Sensitive to industry/design trends, strong self-drive, planning and responsibility
5. Strong UI ability, marketing visual ability, 3D dynamic effect ability is preferred
1. 3-5年及以上互联网设计经验，本科及以上学历，英文可作为工作语言，熟悉互联网开发流程，有产品思维和业务思维
2. 有电商或者后台、复杂B端产品相关经验，全链路的体验设计能力，具备良好的业务理解能力和产品思维能力，能结合业务和设计全局考虑项目规划，并独立完成一些大型复杂项目的设计产出和跟进落地工作
3. 有较强的项目沟通能力和跨团队协作能力，能够在项目中清晰的表达设计观点和设计价值
4. 对行业/设计趋势有敏感度，有较强的自驱力、计划心和责任心
5. 有强UI能力、营销视觉能力、3D动效能力优先
