Reporting to the Head of Category Operations in the General Operations team, the Assortment operations will be responsible for the planning and execution to grow the Focus Assortment Projects. Key focus areas include:
• Performance Strategy & Execution: Create and implement strategies to improve assortment growth by using data analysis. Work with the commercial team to track progress and enhance key performance indicators.
• Assortment Planning: Lead efforts to grow platform key assortments for example New item, Potential product
• Project Planning: collaborate with related stakeholders both local and regional team to ensure successful project execution

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• At least 2-4 years of working experience. Experience in retail and Project manager is a plus
• Passionate or willing to do operation work scope
• Analytical skills with systematic and structured thinking
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic cross-functional environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills English and Thai (both are working languages)
